Because I too often take myself too seriously . . .
I spent way too much time in my car yesterday, but it did give me a chance to catch up on a little NPR after being totally out of touch with the world for the past couple of weeks due to travel, holidays, hosting friends and family, more excuses. On one of my favorite shows, Marketplace, I caught a delightful little interview with Amy Sedaris about her new book, 'Crafting for Poor People,' a parody of crafters. Having gotten into crafting lately, but being a person who is too inclined to take myself too seriously, I feel obligated to share the interview so we can all share a good laugh. Sharing her little jabs does bring me a little discomfort after all. Enjoy! click here for the audio interview and transcript.
